SODA BLONDE
LIVE WITH THE NATIONAL SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA
This project reconfigured Soda Blonde’s Dream Big within a full orchestral framework, extending scale while preserving structural identity.
Recording, final mix, concert film and physical editions were developed as a unified system rather than parallel outputs.
The objective was tonal, visual and material coherence across every format — live performance, cinematic documentation and tactile release.

SONIC ARCHITECHTURE
The live performance was captured at the National Concert Hall by recording engineer Damien Chennells.
Post-production centred on final mix and additional production to refine the sonic architecture of the release. Dynamic range, spatial depth and orchestral integration were calibrated to ensure clarity and balance across record, film and live translation.
The resulting mix prioritised structural cohesion between amplified instrumentation and symphonic texture.
VISUAL SYSTEM
The visual language adopted formal restraint: deep tonal contrast, disciplined typographic hierarchy and architectural composition.
A singular red accent functioned as a structural device across vinyl labelling, packaging and stage lighting, reinforcing continuity between physical and live environments.
Imagery prioritised symmetry and spatial geometry over performance immediacy.
PHYSICAL EDITIONS
All physical formats were designed and developed in-house, including gatefold layout, booklet structure, vinyl labelling and typographic systems.
Packaging was treated as a primary object, balancing orchestral density with controlled negative space and precise graphic alignment.
FILM
The concert film was produced in collaboration with Tiny Ark.
Creative direction shaped the visual concept and oversaw all stages of production and post-production to ensure alignment with the established sonic and graphic system.
Camera composition, lighting geometry and editorial pacing preserved tonal restraint and spatial coherence.
RELEASE ARCHITECTURE
Recording, film production, manufacturing and campaign rollout were executed within a single integrated framework.
Each output was developed to reinforce a consistent tonal and visual logic across all points of contact.
